Malrod have been directly employed by Joseph Holts Brewery to carry out the removal of asbestos, encapsulation and remedial works to a wide range containing materials to a wide variety of public houses throughout the northwest of England, all dealt with in a sensitive nature and delivered on time.

Acting as the approved asbestos removal contractor, Malrod continues to undertake asbestos removal and decontamination works throughout the housing stock and residential homes of this local authority, each project tailored on an individual basis with the tenants/ staff health and safety at the forefront of the planning, along with the critical times scales and tight budget constraints of a local authority.
Bolton Royal Hospital
Malrod were directly employed by Bolton Royal to carry out the removal of asbestos residues to a live service corridor, dealing with the task of ‘hot’ work’, satisfying the Health and Safety Executive of a safe system of works to compensate for the increase in working temperatures, utilising rotational working patterns, air management systems and cool vests all dealt with in a sensitive nature and delivered on time.
Trafford General Hospital
Malrod were directly employed by Trafford General to carry out the removal of asbestos insulating board wall panelling to a redundant office block prior to demolition, dealing with logistics of working alongside ‘live’ areas of the hospital, ensuring a safe system of works all dealt with in a sensitive nature and delivered on time.
